Viking Cooking Class


So I've been dying to take a real cooking class for quite a few years. For whatever reason, I was browsing Viking's website to see how out of reach their classes were, and I was so surprised to see how reasonably priced they are! So my husband and I registered for their Best of: Special Dinner class with the following menu:

Pancetta-Wrapped Filet Mignon stuffed with Boursin Creamed Spinach and Shallot-Merlot Demi-Glace
Oven-Roasted Frites
Baby Greens with Candied Pine Nuts

I'm way more excited about this than I should be. April 17th can't come soon enough.
